We take great care in crafting and packaging our bakery products, including cookies, to ensure they reach you in the best possible condition. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with our return policy.

  1. Quality Assurance: We uphold strict quality standards throughout our baking process. If you receive a product that doesn’t meet your expectations due to issues like taste, texture, or appearance, please reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.

  2. Notification: To initiate a return, kindly contact our customer service at number. Please provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and if possible, a photograph of the product.

  3. Eligibility: Returns are eligible within 2-3 days from the date of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and unused to qualify for a return.

  4. Refund or Replacement: Depending on the nature of the issue, we offer two options:

    • Refund: If the product is deemed unsatisfactory, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
    • Replacement: In cases where the issue can be rectified (such as a wrong flavor or damaged packaging), we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
  5. Process: Once we receive your return request and review the provided information, we will guide you through the steps to return the product, if necessary. Please note that we may request you to return the product to us, and return shipping costs may apply.

  6. Exceptions: Our return policy does not cover products that have been partially or fully consumed, products damaged after delivery due to mishandling, or products with an elapsed return period.

  7. Open Communication: We value your feedback and aim to improve our products and services continuously. If you encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Your input helps us maintain the highest quality standards.

  8. Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 8 hours of placing the order to ensure a full refund. Cancellation requests made after this time may be subject to a processing fee.
